About Me
I am a licensed psychotherapist and a coach based in the heart of Europe. I work with clients worldwide but my main private therapeutical practice is based in Czech Republic and Denmark, where I am able to meet my clients face-to-face.
I have always been fascinated about how the human mind works. I received a Master's Degree as a Communications expert from Aston University and spent the last 20 years researching behaviour, focusing on communications for various target audiences. I worked in Czech Republic, Germany, Ukraine and United Arab Emirates. In the past several years my focus has shifted more towards the individual mental health, relationships, communications in a couple and intimacy issues. I clocked in thousands of hours in sessions where I had helped clients to achieve their mental health and relationship goals.
I am a systemic therapist at core and but I also believe that there is a lot of great traditional wisdom and science about our bodies, minds and spirits. My education has lead me to study all disciplines and I bring the knowledge of all to the work with my clients.

Besides being a coach and a psychotherapist, I am also a mother, partner, sister, daughter, aunt and a friend... by passions rock climber, free rider, writer, dancer, yoga and singer wannabe.
