My individual psychotherapy sessions provide a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings about your most intimate matters. I believe that every person is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. 

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Systemic therapy, ACT therapy, body therapy and nutritional science. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and we work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and preferences.


I am committed to providing high-quality care that is accessible to everyone. I work with clients in Hradec Králové and Prague, but also online and cover clientele from all over the world, stretching from the USA to Australia.
