Spirited Sex Coaching

Spirited Sex Coaching is where I apply my coaching skills and sexual wisdom help couples of all types work through their intimacy issues. I have worked with clients with differential libidos, resentment, porn addiction, sexual deviances, difficulties reaching an orgasm, PE, providing psychotherapeutically support for various health conditions such as vaginism, past sexual traumas and more.

I take an individual pace with every client or a couple, as some people are quick to open up, while for others it might take few sessions before we are able to discuss their intimacy openly. Regardless of the pace, we get there! Safe space, confidentiality, neutrality and judgement free zones are at the base of my Sex therapy work. 

I offer both in-person and online couples therapy sessions to fit your busy schedule.
