Relationships are not puzzles to solve.
They are landscapes to be explored.
Lucie Rust Psychotherapy

Therapy becomes a place to slow down,
look more closely at the patterns between you,
and rediscover what is still possible in the relationship.
How I work
In my work with couples, therapy becomes a place to slow down and explore what is happening between you. I combine evidence-based understanding of relationship dynamics with creativity in conversation and attention to lived experience.
Together we become curious about what is happening between you and what might become possible in the relationship now.

About me
I am a couples therapist trained in systemic therapy and advanced integrative couples and family therapy.
I have studied and worked in several countries, bringing sensitivity to different cultural understandings of intimacy, freedom, and commitment.
Speaking & Media
I write articles for media outlets, give interviews, and appear on podcasts where I focus on topics such as relationships, family, sexuality, boundaries, and mental health.
I provide lectures – AFLAB Academy, Duncan – and I also design tailor-made workshops for professionals, such as for the Czech Association for Psychotherapy or the Couples Therapy Institute (INPAT).

Couples come here when...
... when something between them has become difficult to name.
Perhaps conversations turn into the same arguments. Perhaps distance has quietly grown where closeness once lived. Maybe trust has been shaken. Or intimacy feels different than it once did. Or perhaps the relationship has reached a crossroads.
Therapy offers a space to pause and explore what is happening between you.
