Lucie Rust Psychotherapy
My Approach
My approach is based on the belief that every individual or couple is unique and deserves a personalized care and attention. I use a range of evidence-based techniques and modalities to help my clients reach a place where they will no longer need me in the future. While I am fully aware that clients come to me with their struggles, what we focus on is achieving what they are hoping for. Click here to learn more about my approach to therapy.

1.
Individual Psychotherapy
I do systemic therapy where we engage in collaborative open dialogue to map out the context of the client's situation and discuss what should be the desired outcome. I believe in therapy that brings change or at least allows the client to manage their current situation better.
I often help my clients with relationship issues and stress, emotional misbalances, attachment styles, difficult life situations and intimacy issues.
2.
Couples Therapy
During my work with couples I combine my approach of systemic therapy where I believe in constructive dialogue and provide safe and judgement free space for clients to open up about their struggles and worries, setting a new journey for their relationship.
Clients seek me for communication problems, infidelity, monogamy/polygamy issues, intimacy issues.
3.
Spirited S¢x Coaching

Get ready for more structured approach and time allocation that will be needed from your side in between sessions to welcome sexual energy into your life.
Sexual energy can be an amazing driving force.
4.
Family Therapy
Families play central part in our society. We all come from a family of a kind, and many of us end up having families on their own. I support people in navigating their relationships within their family system: We don't focus on why's, but more on how to's and things that we can manage to change. Research shows that the quality of our social context is the major driver for mental health improvement.
