About
A Glowsome Course for Couples Who Want to Find Each Other Again Create the relationship you haven’t had yet. Some relationships don’t end with a dramatic fight or a single breaking point. They fade quietly. Two people who once couldn’t imagine life apart begin living parallel lives in the same home. Conversations shrink to logistics. Touch becomes rare. The warmth is still there somewhere — buried under exhaustion, unspoken resentments, and the quiet accumulation of everyday life. If you recognise something of yourselves in that description, this course was created for you. The Reconnection Project is not about fixing what is broken. It is an invitation to create something new — a relationship that is more conscious, more alive, and more authentically yours than the one you may have drifted into over time. Not a return to the beginning. But a step forward into something deeper, more honest, and more sustainable. Created by systemic and integrative psychotherapist Lucie Rust, this course draws on over a decade of clinical work with couples, together with insights from attachment research, relational neuroscience, and modern couples therapy. At its core lies a simple but powerful shift: You are not the problem. The pattern between you is. And patterns can change. Through short video lessons, guided conversations, reflective exercises, and small everyday rituals, you will begin to see your relationship differently. Not as a series of conflicts to solve, but as a living system that can evolve. Slowly, often in surprisingly simple ways, couples begin to change the dance between them. More understanding. More curiosity. More emotional safety. And from that space, something new becomes possible. The relationship you haven’t had yet.
